一、服务与许可
Aduoer 是用于连接和播放用户自有或获授权音乐源的软件。在你遵守本条款和适用法律的前提下，我们授予你一项个人、有限、非独占、不可转让的使用许可。Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议在适用时同时生效。
二、你的内容与责任
你需要确保自己有权访问、播放和下载所连接音乐源中的内容，并遵守所在地区的法律与服务条款。
三、第三方服务
Aduoer 可连接 Jellyfin、Navidrome、WebDAV、SMB 等服务，但不隶属于、也不代表这些第三方服务。
四、Aduoer 官方服务
元数据匹配、演唱及其它官方联网能力属于辅助功能，其结果、可用性和处理时间可能因网络、内容和服务状态而变化。相关数据处理见隐私政策。
五、禁止行为
你不得使用 Aduoer 侵犯版权或其它权利、传播违法内容、绕过访问控制、攻击或干扰服务、探测未授权系统，或以法律禁止的方式共享和下载媒体。
六、更新与可用性
我们可能更新、调整或停止部分功能，以维护安全、兼容性和产品质量。我们会合理维护服务，但不保证所有第三方音乐源、网络环境或设备始终可用。
七、免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的范围内，Aduoer 按现状提供，不对第三方内容或服务作出保证。强制性消费者权利不受本条款影响；对于法律不允许排除或限制的责任，本条款不作排除或限制。
八、终止
你可以随时停止使用并卸载 Aduoer。严重或重复违反本条款、适用法律或服务安全要求时，我们可能限制对 Aduoer 官方服务的访问。
九、适用法律与变更
本条款适用运营者所在地法律，但不影响你所在地不可放弃的消费者保护。我们可能更新本条款；重要变更会更新页面日期并通过适当方式说明。
1. Service and license
Aduoer is software for connecting to and playing music sources you own or are authorized to access. Subject to these terms and applicable law, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aduoer. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies where applicable.
2. Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for having the right to access, play, and download content from connected music sources and for following applicable laws and service terms.
3. Third-party services
Aduoer can connect to services such as Jellyfin, Navidrome, WebDAV, and SMB, but is not affiliated with or acting on behalf of those services.
4. Official Aduoer services
Metadata matching, singing, and other official online capabilities are supporting features. Results, availability, and processing time may vary with network, content, and service conditions. Related data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Aduoer to infringe copyright or other rights, distribute unlawful content, bypass access controls, attack or interfere with services, probe systems without authorization, or share or download media in a manner prohibited by law.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, and product quality. We use reasonable efforts to maintain services but do not guarantee that every third-party source, network, or device will remain available.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aduoer is provided as is and without warranties concerning third-party content or services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, and these terms do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using and uninstall Aduoer at any time. We may restrict access to official Aduoer services for serious or repeated violations of these terms, applicable law, or service-security requirements.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's location without affecting non-waivable consumer protections where you live. We may update these terms; material changes will update the date above and be communicated appropriately.
